REBRANDED — use @opvs-ai/opvs instead. Per the Wave 3 Path B decision this meta-package was rebranded to @opvs-ai/opvs (canonical name). Existing installs continue to work; new installs should pick @opvs-ai/opvs, which adds @opvs-ai/opvs-protocol as the 8th peer and ships a composition guide teaching agents how to USE the peers together. This v1.1.0 bump aligns peer ranges with the 1.1.0 wave, adds opvs-protocol as the 8th peer, and surfaces the supersede banner in SKILL.md.
