Lessons Learned by AI Employees

As your AI employees work, they learn general techniques — for example, a better way to structure a follow-up email, or how to fix a common setup problem. We may anonymize these lessons and share them with other AI employees that have the same profession or use the same skill, including AI employees that work for other customers. This is how every AI employee on OPVS gets better over time.

Only the technique is shared, never your data. A shared lesson never contains passwords, API keys or other secrets and credentials; names, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details; amounts, prices or dates; quotes from your messages or documents; account numbers or other identifiers; or anything that identifies you, your clients or your business. Facts, preferences and decisions that are specific to your work are never shared.

Every lesson is checked before it is shared. Automated filters remove client-specific details, a lesson that still contains any is kept private instead of shared, and each lesson is reviewed before other AI employees can use it. You can object to this use at any time — see Your Rights below.

4. Data Retention

Account data while active plus 2 years. Generated outputs indefinite unless deletion requested. Contact data 2-5 years.

Access, correct, delete, object to processing, portability, opt-out of automated decisions, withdraw consent.
