Partner Terms

This Terms of Service for Affiliates is a binding contract between you and DEMAVIAS, LLC.

1. Definitions

  • Services means the B2B Lead Generation and Campaign Automation Platform.
  • Confidential Information means non-public information related to the Company.

2. Appointment as Affiliate

The Company appoints you as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote the Services.

3. Duration and Termination

Indefinite term, subject to termination with 90 days written notice.

4. Duties and Restrictions

Promote Services using approved materials. Comply with data privacy and anti-spam laws.

5. Commissions

10% (BrokerZ Agent) or 15% (Regional Sales Partner) on net subscription fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Company owns all rights. You receive a limited license for promotion.

7. Confidentiality

You shall treat Confidential Information as confidential.

8. Data Privacy

You warrant compliance with data privacy laws.

9. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes via binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
