Daniel Rodriguez grew up in San Diego and studied Electrical Engineering at UCLA before spending six years in the smart home industry. He worked first as an installer for a home automation company, then moved into sales for a national smart home distributor. He understands the American market from the ground up—the installer sweating in an attic, the integrator bidding against competitors, the builder who wants smart home as a checkbox feature. He joined Di-Atomic because LED LIGHTS represented something the US market needed: professional-grade products with margins that actually worked for integrators. The premium brands were too expensive, the budget brands too unreliable. LED LIGHTS fit in the middle with the certifications and support to back it up. His role is to connect qualified North American smart home professionals with the LED LIGHTS team. He speaks the language of installers and integrators because he's been one.
