Skill Launch Video Factory
Local staged factory for published-skill chalkboard video preparation, approved assets, HyperFrames production, verified delivery and optional authorized distribution checks.
I use Skill Launch Video Factory to keep an approved preparation kit connected to the chalkboard film made from it. Start with a published skill, one video card and a named approver. Prepare the source research, exact script, measured narration, storyboard and reusable illustration layers. The first workflow ends with a checked kit and a handoff. A separately authorized production session consumes that kit.
For example, ask your agent to prepare a lesson about one skill feature and stop before animation. Review the voice and stills, then authorize HyperFrames animation and Video Editor finishing. The local controller checks stage state, stale inputs, approvals and peer evidence. Generated media stays in an index with actual hosted links when sharing is authorized.
Chalkboard Explainer supplies delivery rules; Copy Engine, Video Director and Explainer Illustrations guide preparation. Video Editor 0.1.2 or later supplies the finishing controls. Human viewing and listening remain required. This public beta has local controls and media-recipe checks, with the hired-agent test still owed when a product carries it. No production-time or audience outcome is claimed.

v0.1.5announcement media, 31 October 2026Latest
- Add one concept hero and three explanatory panels for the public marketplace card. - Add buyer-facing long description and feature copy. - Workflow, controller, peer floors and upload implementation unchanged from 0.1.4.
v0.1.4public beta, 31 October 2026
- Expose the factory at beta/public with Video Editor >=0.1.2. - Read the media bucket from the first authorized upload; keep workspace/login examples portable. - Refresh the two-workflow handbook and remove private identifiers, local paths and unavailable internal report links. - Recheck the media command recipes and upload/readback controls before release.
v0.1.3internal media lifecycle instructions, 31 October 2026
- Register all generated images/audio/video and revisions in one media index throughout both workflows. - Use SpiderMedia's authorized upload/readback routes; retain separate master/hosted-copy hashes. - Persist the full media list and every actual URL on the production AgentBoard card using a separate merge/readback, preserving history and unrelated fields. - Correct the claim that factory checkpoint alone saves hosted-media URLs. Controller/upload code unchanged. - references/workflow.md: the human entry point and session prompts now ship in the package.
v0.1.2unpublished, 31 October 2026
- references/spidermedia.md: how the propagate stage hosts images, audio and film on SpiderMedia and makes the PeerTube copy. Every door run live; audio has its own door, `upload_local_file` refuses it. - scripts/spidermedia.py: audio upload through the OPVS proxy, hosted-bytes read-back, PeerTube import and status. Controller and peer code unchanged.
v0.1.1unpublished pilot-informed instructions, 31 October 2026
- Clarify authorized continuation, actual stage-run identities and the two-workflow boundary. - Require visual storyboards, asset/camera feasibility proof and scene/seam motion review. - Document sound revision/revalidation, short-word caption audition and approved-audio preservation. - Distinguish current decisions, historical evidence, preview types and checkpoint/status health. - Clarify technical checks versus creative acceptance and peer release requirements. - Keep controller/peer code and finished production bytes unchanged; new editorial requirements are not new automated checks.
v0.1.0unpublished local build, 30 October 2026
- Add two-workflow stage controller with resume/reopen, project lock, input fingerprints and approvals. - Gate source claims, measured narration/caption coverage, directed speech beats and scene/element coverage. - Execute actual Chalkboard, HyperFrames and Editor checks; freeze tool/artifact evidence at handoff. - Separate approved preparation kit, private ship and exact-scope distribution verification. - Add synthetic positive/negative controller tests and real historical-media integration checks.
