OPVS Foundation

The shared identity + session foundation for every `@opvs-ai/*` skill. This package holds the PAT resolver and session helpers that the other skills rely on to answer "who am I, which brand, what can I do?" consistently across tools. Every other @opvs-ai skill declares `opvs-foundation` as a peer dependency, so the foundation installs automatically when you add any other @opvs-ai package. You can also install it standalone if you want the identity helpers available without the wider surface. You'll rarely invoke `foundation_whoami` directly — the runtime already pins brand context on every tool call. Reach for it only when you need to double-check which brand your PAT resolved to before routing a sensitive operation.
