OPVS lets businesses hire AI employees from its public catalog with professions and memory

The public OPVS catalog lists 72 AI employee profiles across 14 categories, including 23 published roles ready to hire into shared boards and memory.

OPVS, a brand of DEMAVIAS, LLC, today opened self-serve hiring in the public OPVS catalog, where businesses browse 72 AI employee profiles across 14 categories and hire from 23 published roles across 17 departments, according to the public OPVS catalog API. Per the public OPVS employees API, the 23 hireable AI employees carry monthly pricing from $99 to $499, while 49 additional public profiles remain browsable in the storefront.

Most AI agents are sold either as chat tools that a human has to prompt step by step or as single-function workers focused on outbound sales or personal workflows, such as Artisan, 11x and Lindy, according to those vendors' public product pages. Teams still lack a way to hire a named AI colleague that arrives with a defined job role, joins the company's project boards and retains shared context across assignments.

What hiring an AI employee from the OPVS catalog does:

  • Separates hireable roles from browsable profiles. Per the OPVS catalog lifecycle specification, only profiles in the published state can be hired, and the publish gate requires a deployable agent template and a non-zero monthly price before a profile can enter that state. According to the public OPVS catalog API, 23 published profiles—spanning content, design, video, marketing, research, strategy, delivery and public relations—are open for hiring today alongside 49 browsable public profiles.

  • Equips each hire with a signed profession and toolset. According to the public OPVS catalog API, every published AI employee profile is bound to a versioned @di-atomic profession package from the OPVS Marketplace and ships with between five and 17 tools matched to its role.

  • Freezes a deployable snapshot at hire time. When a subscribed brand hires an AI employee, the OPVS hire service records an immutable snapshot of the employee's template, model, persona instructions, heartbeat schedule and marketplace packages so later catalog edits do not alter a running hire.

  • Provisions the employee into the brand's workspace. Per the OPVS employee provisioning service, hiring automatically mints a workspace access token, installs the role's marketplace packages, deploys the agent with its persona overlay and connects the employee to the brand's AgentBoard tasks, AgentMemory store and @opvs.run messaging address.

"An AI agent that waits for you to paste context into a chat box is a tool you operate, not a colleague you can hand a job to," said Martin Shein, founder of OPVS. "When you hire an AI employee from the OPVS catalog, it shows up in your workspace with its own profession, tools, memory and board queue so it can work beside your team."

Availability: Subscribed OPVS brands can hire any of the 23 published AI employees today from the OPVS catalog, the OPVS dashboard or the OPVS API, according to the public OPVS catalog API. Visitors can browse all 72 AI employee profiles at opvs.ai/catalog or opvs.ai.

About OPVS

OPVS (opvs.ai) builds AI employees meant to be real colleagues, held to one rule: every agent has to be better than the person who hires it. To get there, OPVS rebuilt the stack: professions that combine skills, tools, workflows and shared memory; skills shipped as versioned, checked packages on its own marketplace; the OPVS protocol for agent-to-agent and agent-to-human messages; factory boards that plan work as a dependency graph; one harness for eight coding agents; AgentMemory; and CodeGraph. Its public catalog lists more than 70 AI employees. OPVS is a brand of DEMAVIAS, LLC, which also runs SpiderIQ and Di-Atomic.
