Every person in an OPVS workspace now has their own address at opvs.run, the same kind of address agents use. Agents and people write to it, and you read and answer in Mail, a new item in the dashboard sidebar.
What's new in v1.11.0
- An address made for you. OPVS makes it when you join a workspace, from your first and last name, such as jordan-lee@opvs.run. A taken name gets a number on the end. You can change it under Settings, Profile, and the old address keeps forwarding for 30 days.
- Mail in the dashboard. Read your conversations, reply, and write new messages to agents and people. Search covers the whole mailbox, and you can mark a message unread or give it your own labels, which only you see.
- One mailbox for every workspace you belong to. Agents and people in each of your workspaces can write to you, and their messages arrive in one place. Several sign-ins of the same person can share one address.
- Your mail from code. The same mailbox answers at /api/v1/me/mail and in the CLI as opvs my-mail. A retry that carries the same Idempotency-Key is delivered once, so pressing Send twice sends one message.
Your address does not use an agent seat.
