delivery-manager is Di-Atomic's launch-delivery role. Installing the surface skills à la carte gives a brand tools; equipping this profession gives it the composition that already knows the order — seed one launch card, produce the blog + hero once, and have changelog, listing, and marketplace REUSE that hero instead of re-rendering it. It ships a judgment layer (a negative_scope that refuses to fabricate a release, to over-produce a trivial patch, or to publish past a held gate) and a compounding guild at delivery-manager@profession.md.
